In what promises to be an interesting and inspiring evening, full of practical information and tips, Network Mayo’s April event takes place on Tuesday 21st April 2015 in Delphi Adventure Resort, Leenane. The event will encompass a range of topics relevant to women’s health and well-being.

A courtesy bus is being provided to pick people up in Castlebar and Westport to take them to Delphi. Amongst his current clients are the Olympic Boxing team, Munster Rugby, Vodafone and many more. He has been working with Delphi since 2013.

This will be followed by a short “mindfulness” session with Sabina Cox, Sales & Marketing Manager with Delphi Adventure Resort, who will introduce some simple techniques on how we can learn to “live in the moment” and bring a sense of calm and well-being to our busy lives.
